Thank you for visiting my website. Of course, I will be promoting my writing, but I will also be talking about independent publishing, other indie authors, favorite movies and TV shows, and just about anything that captures my attention (and yours, too, I hope). So browse and enjoy!
I grew up in Southington, a small town in central Connecticut. As an adolescent I attended St. Thomas Seminary in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and the Seminary of Our Lady of Angels, outside of Albany, New York. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany. My professional career began at a child guidance clinic in Rhode Island and eventually wound up in Massachusetts at a comprehensive community mental health center. I moved to Oregon in 1989 and retired from my position as a mental health therapist in 2011. Now I divide my time between babysitting for my 15 grandchildren, writing, and sneaking off to mid-week movie matinees, a vice I contracted from my mother.
